Who we are
This website is run by NOT Management AS (org. no. 931 067 915), Løypetona 31, 5918 Frekhaug, Norway. We are the data controller for personal data handled through this site. Questions or requests: tonje@notgroup.no.
What we collect
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider briefly records standard request data (IP address, browser, time) to keep the site secure and working.
- Creator profiles. The roster shows names, photos, bios and social links of creators we represent, published with their agreement.
We don’t use analytics, advertising trackers or sign-up forms, and we don’t knowingly collect data from children.
Why and on what legal basis
- Replying to your email and discussing possible collaboration — our legitimate interest, or steps before entering a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(f) and (b)).
- Security logs — legitimate interest in running a safe website (art. 6(1)(f)).
- Creator profiles — our agreement with the creator (art. 6(1)(b)).
How long we keep it
Emails are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting agreement, and deleted within 24 months of the last contact unless the law requires longer (for example bookkeeping rules). Technical logs are kept for a short period, normally no more than 30 days. Creator profiles are removed when representation ends.
Who we share it with
We never sell personal data. We use trusted processors to run the site and our email: our website hosting and database provider, and our email provider. They process data only on our instructions. If data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. To request deletion of everything we hold about you, email tonje@notgroup.no — we reply within 30 days.
You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
Changes
If we start collecting new data (for example through a sign-up form), we’ll update this page first and ask for consent where required.
