Tonje started NOT Management with one goal: to build a space where creators are truly seen, supported, and set up to thrive. With a background in both tech and content creation, she brings a rare mix of strategy and empathy to the table, and it shows in everything we do.
As a former streamer herself, she knows the grind, the burnout, the wins, and the chaos. That’s why NOT was built differently, from the inside out.
She’s the kind of leader who gets her hands dirty, champions every talent on the roster, and isn’t afraid to shake up the industry.

Amalie is our creative powerhouse, part strategist, part designer, part content wizard. With a background in media design, influencer marketing, and over 10 years as a content creator, she brings serious range to the table.
From graphic design and branding to photo, video, and content strategy, she’s the brain behind the visuals and the heart behind the messaging. If it looks good, feels bold, or hits in just the right way, Amalie probably had a hand in it (like this website).
She’s the one we turn to when we need something cool, scroll-stopping, and uniquely NOT.

Theo is the kind of person who asks the right questions, hypes your wildest ideas, and helps you figure out how to actually make them happen. A lifelong creative and deep thinker, he’s passionate about helping creators grow, their way.
He’s not here to mold you into something you’re not. He’s here to listen, guide, problem-solve, and keep it real while you build a career that fits you. From brainstorming new directions to navigating the chaos of the industry, Theo shows up with care, strategy, and zero ego.

She’s thoughtful, detail-oriented, and the kind of person who always shows up prepared (with her trusty pen and notebook).
Whether she’s supporting talent through new opportunities or helping them navigate this fast-moving industry, Lynn leads with clarity, care, and a deep respect for the people she works with.

Chloe is our admin wizard and organization queen. She keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, with a talent for turning our chaos into order (woopsie). She’s a natural multitasker who somehow have a natural talent for not breaking a sweat while handling all of the random tasks that is being thrown her way.
She’s the kind of person who lights up a room the second she walks in. Always supportive, always positive, and always the first to offer to help! <3
Whether she’s double checking details, keeping us on track, or catching something everyone else missed, Chloe does it all with a smile. Basically, she is sunshine in human form.
